Do I Need An Appointment & How Do I Make An Appointment?

Yes an appointment is required. I only work by appointment so there is no dog cross over.

By calling 0418 461 228, please leave a message if there is no answer! If my hands are grooming, they aren’t on my phone.

How Do I Find Henabel’s Dog Grooming?

Once you make an appointment, an address will be given.

When Should I Arrive For My Appointment?

5-10 minutes before your appointment time would be ideal.

What If I Am Running Late For My Appointment?

Please contact me as soon as possible, depending on how late you are may require a rebooking. Scheduled time is allocated for each groom, if you are late, it takes time off your dog’s grooming.

When Do I Pick Up My Dog?

On the allocated time I have given you beforehand.

Can I Stay And Watch My Dog Being Groomed?

Yes you can, arrangements can be made on the day.

Will My Dog Be Put In A Cage?

No, your dog will have my undivided attention while they are at Henabel’s Dog Grooming. By appointment only means, your dog is the only one in the Salon at the time of Grooming.

Do You Groom Dogs Of All Breeds, Temperaments, Sizes etc?

Yes.

Cash or Card on the day.
