Janine is a beautiful soul who takes pride, love and joy within her company. She always ensures your furbabies are satisfied and spoilt. Janine looked after my babies Bundy & Roxy for many years before they crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Bundy absolutely loved his time with Janine and truly had a great connection with her, as for Roxy, she was always anxious and scared (due to a bad past with old owners). But Janine would always put in extra effort to ensure Roxy was as comfortable as possible to make it a positive experience each and every time. Janine has now met our puppy Coco, who i know will love her baths once she is used to the routine. Janine was very patient with her first bath and gave her lots of cuddles and reassurance. Thankyou Janine for always putting in so much effort with my babies, i could never thank you enough. I will never take Coco anywhere else, she truly is in amazing hands with you

 Pommy has been groomed by Janine since 2018.She has an affinity with animals and Pommy was immediately ” at home” with her and the welcoming environment of the salon.Ken and I appreciate a groomer who is comfortable having the furparentsin attendance until their furbaby is comfortable.We wouldn’t consider taking our little senior to another groomer.Many thanks Janine for doing a super job of helping Pom- Pom be comfortable and look great.Cheers Suzanne Hall

Chubby’s last grooming experience wasn’t the greatest, so today he came to Henabel’s and everything was wonderful for him, He is a very calm laid back boy most of the time, today when i picked him up he was so relaxed it was fantastic, already made his next appointment

Our Clancy Boy, now past, was as rambunctious and loving as they come however Janine groomed him no problems, like the professional she is. Henabels dog wash is honestly the best around! We’ve had our 2 dogs groomed by Janine for many years. Both dogs absolutely love her and enjoy their outing to the salon. Janine always does a fantastic job taking the time to get rid of their excess coat and making sure they are thoroughly dried… certainly not an easy task with Huskies!

 Janine did a great job with my Winston today. Who hates baths water and grooming. She was very patient with him. He now looks fuffly and gorgeous. She is really good with dogs with anxiety issues and understood Winston totally. Would highly recommend.

 She does a great job on grooming my boy Monty, he comes home smelling so beautiful. Being allowed to watch your pet being groomed gives you peace of mind in knowing they were treated kindly. When my old boy Benji died in May she even sent me a sympathy card which was a beautiful thing to do.

Oh my goodness-how amazing is Janine? She’s was so patient, caring and gentle with my Poppy who suffers from anxiety. I was greatful/thankful and appreciated i was allowed to stay with Poppy. I totally recommend her. We will definately be going back.
